Most account problems with card-game apps come from two things: playing as a guest and losing the account on uninstall, or sharing an OTP with someone pretending to be support. Both are easy to avoid.
Login options
The Teen Patti Master app usually offers two ways in. The exact screens change with updates.
| Option | How it works | Good for | Risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Guest | Starts straight away, tied to this phone and install | Trying the app | Progress can be lost on uninstall or a new phone |
| Phone number + OTP | Sign in with your number and a one-time code sent by SMS | Keeping one account across devices | Anyone who gets your OTP can get in |
Logging in with your phone number
- Open the app and choose the phone login option.
- Enter your 10-digit mobile number.
- Wait for the SMS with a one-time password (OTP).
- Type the OTP into the app yourself. Never read it out or forward it to anyone.
If the OTP does not arrive, check your signal, wait a minute before asking for another, and make sure your SMS inbox is not full. Do not ask anyone else to "generate" an OTP for you.
Moving from guest to a phone account
If the app lets you link a guest account to a phone number, do it before you uninstall, change phones or reset your device. Look for a link, bind or secure account option in the profile or settings section. Once linked, logging in with the same number on a new phone brings the account back.
Changing or losing your phone
- New phone, same number: install the app from a page you trust, choose phone login, and use your number.
- New number: change the linked number from inside the app while you can still log in with the old one, if the app offers it.
- Lost phone: block your SIM with your mobile operator first, then contact the app's support from inside the app on another device.
Keeping your account safe
- Never share an OTP. No genuine support team asks for it.
- Ignore "account verification" messages on WhatsApp or Telegram. Real support works inside the app.
- Do not install "mod" or "VIP" versions. They are built to steal logins. Our app safety guide explains the warning signs.
- Lock your phone with a PIN or fingerprint so nobody else can read your SMS.
- Refuse accessibility and SMS permissions for any game. A card game does not need them.
If your account is taken over
- Log in again with your phone number straight away if you still can. A new login often signs out the other device.
- Contact support from inside the app and explain what happened.
- If money or payment details were involved, call 1930 and report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
- Check your phone for apps you do not recognise, and remove them.
Frequently asked questions
Can I play Teen Patti Master without a phone number?
Usually yes, as a guest. Guest progress is tied to that install and can be lost if you uninstall or change phones.
Why is my OTP not arriving?
Check your signal and SMS inbox, wait a minute before requesting another, and make sure the number is typed correctly. Never ask anyone else for the code.
Someone from support asked for my OTP. What should I do?
Do not share it. Genuine support never asks for an OTP. Block the contact and report it at cybercrime.gov.in or on 1930.
