Return & Cancellations
Our aim at omsi.in is to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. Our Refund is very simple. If you have ordered a product through email, whatsapp or online order, we believe you have mentioned the right product name. Once delivered, you may check the product at the time of delivery. If we have sent the incorrect product, we will accept the replacement. However if you have mentioned the wrong product name or you want to return after a product has been delivered, we don’t accept the return.
In case the product received is the incorrect product
In this case, we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated within 2 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. To return the product:
You may return the product in any of the below manner, we will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered. Once the product has reached us, we will transfer the amount.

Return method & payment
We urge our customers not to accept an incorrect product.
For all refunds, we will refund the amount to the same mode of payment as used during checkout. For cash on delivery refunds, we will issue an OMSI coupon of the same value which can be redeemed in a period of one year at omsi.com. The customer can also provide their bank & branch name, account number and IFSC code and we will issue them a cheque.
The refund will happen within 7 days of receipt an inspection of the goods.
If you want you can opt for insurance of the product @ 2% of your total bill. In case of breakage, we can reimburse you the full amount. If you don’t opt for the insurance, we don’t guarantee any breakage.
Due to Different Country’s import regulations, some products may not be available for purchase. If a product is restricted we will notify you after purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by Customs. If custom send the product back and the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we will try to send it back to vendor, however, vendor may or may not accept returns, since most of the times, it is especially ordered for you. If we are able to send it to the vendor or we get another order of the same product, we can reimburse the price of the product after deducting 20% damages. Since we don’t stock, it’s nearly impossible for us to offer any refund. You might have to wait several months for such refunds until we find another customer or vendor takes it back. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
We don’t stock products. Once you order, we pick it up from a vendor. Price may change and not updated on the website. We try to keep our website updated but there are way too many products we sell and updating it regularly is impossible. All prices listed on our website are at MRP, unless especially mentioned about the discount. If there is a difference, you will have to pay again.
We don’t stock so once acquired, we can’t return the product so order can’t be canceled. If we haven’t received the product from the vendor, we can refund, However, a cancellation charge of Rs. 100 or 10%, whichever is higher, will apply on such orders.
In order to provide the imported product in the fastest time we query all over India but we find that the product’s stock is unavailable here available at a very high price (because of import fees) and there is a chance of duplicity, So to provide you the product at its actual price we import it from abroad which takes approx 4-5 weeks time for the product arrangement.(at times it gets stuck in custom and takes longer as well)
99% of the products reach here in India safely without getting stuck in the custom but in 1% chance your product may get stuck in the custom, in that case, you might have to pay the customs charge.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
